Today Sandbox Interactive announced the first major Content Update for Albion Online since the “Final Beta” started. The Content Update Elaine will include the following features:

The Highlands – an new biome that contains Rock, Ore and Wood
The Return of the Keeper Faction – including their artifact items
Artifact Items – Hell
New Spells for the Crossbow and the Axe
New Animals for the Swamp Biome
+various fixes/balance changes/improvements
